Since 2020, Stéphane BERAZA offers every weekday afternoon from Monday to Friday from 3.45PM to 7PM a real immersion in the wonderful world of crepes. For 3 hours, the master crepe maker of the place will share all his secrets with you in a friendly and joyful atmosphere around a bowl of cider or farmhouse apple juice.
In the program :
Welcome drink, presentation of the crêperie and the chef, preparation of the dough, a bit of history, discovery of the kitchen and equipment, cooking and tasting of your own crêpes.

THIS CLASS IS DONE ONLY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Minimum age 8 years old, maximum capacity 8 people
This course is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, lactose and gluten intolerant people and all people who are not greedy.
